Refund Method and Processing Time

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and approve the returned item.

Conditions for Refunds

  2. All original tags and accessories are included.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot provide refunds for:

Refunds for Sale Items

Payment Methods:

We accept the following payment methods: – Credit / Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, mobile money

  • All credit / debit card payments are verified by the issuer. If the issuer refuses to allow payment, we will cancel the purchase order and contact you to find an alternative form of payment
  • The details on your credit / debit card used for payment must be identical to the cardholder’s identity information
  • All third-party credit / debit card details are not stored, sold, shared, rented or rented to any third party.
  • Don’t worry, your card number is protected using an SSL certificate.

Transaction Fees:

There is no transaction fee on buyer but there is transaction fees on to seller based on the service or products he/she sold on kwetumarket.com and transferred to Kwetumarket accounts but its range between 3-10% per transaction fees

 

Listing Fees:

There is listing fees on merchant who want to be verified supplier on Kwetumarket but listing range between 3-15% based on your categories and location.

 

Subscription Plans:

Till now there is no subscription plan on our platforms but in future there is!

 

Payment option:

  • Option 1: buyer pay his/her service or products through kwetumarket account; after confirm that he get his products/services kwetumarket transfer the payment to seller accounts this one is secure and trusted because if you don’t get it you will be refunded.
  • Option 2: buyer pay his/her service or products direct to his/her seller or suppliers this one is not easy to be refunded through kwetumarket refund policy
